Introductory Training
This 2-day course is for new users who need to learn the primary functions of REPS Leads, including:

• Understanding the purpose of each screen in the Lead and Referral databases.
• How to add new leads and referral sources.
• How to find, update and edit existing lead and referral records.
• How to create a "to do" list for each sales counselor.
• Understanding and identifying when to cross-reference a lead and professional referral source.
• How to use the move-in/move-out features.
• How to run standard lead, referral, activity and analysis reports.
• Understanding the standard report screens and how to customize them for your reporting needs.
• How to produce labels and create personalized letter for lead and/or referral data.

Advanced Training
This 1-day course is for current REPS Leads users who are ready to emply some of the higher level functions and become familiar with advanced reporting techniques. You'll learn how to:

• Set up new users and reassign scheduled activities
• Customize fields to track information specific to your community.
• Manage and update code tables. Learn when to edit, when to delete, and when to merge codes.
• Identify the data fields necessary for accurate reports.
• Use REPS and Microsoft Word to produce personalized mass mailings.
